Alan Mintz, a licensed real estate broker, leading the business brokerage division of Platinum Properties International. Prior to that Alan spent ten years in mergers and acquisitions both as a senior corporate office and an independent business broker. Alan has been involved in more than 100 acquisitions with revenues exceeding $500 million, representing both buyers and sellers.

After graduating from Ohio State University Alan spent most of his early business career in the heating, air conditioning and plumbing industry where he has started, bought and sold several businesses of his own.

Alan’s other entrepreneurial endeavors include owning a minor league baseball team and producing two movies.
